at Dave Luck Ltd, we have always identified quality and customer
service as our main priorities, and therefore we have designed
our company culture to centre around these concepts.
In 2000, we established our own apprenticeship
scheme partnered with Oldham College, as we realised that the
best way to manage the company culture within our workforce
would be to build it into our training from the start.
Creating
an environment whereby our staff want to grow and develop their
skills has proven to be vital in our success, as our apprentices
take great pride in the work they do and are always keen to
improve further. |
